The Creative Village Parcel M Apartments is a 14-story building with 409 market-rate apartments, approximately 6,500 SF of ground floor commercial and integrated parking garage. The total project cost is $108 million.

The Parcel M Apartments in Creative Village is a joint venture between The Ustler Group of Companies (in collaboration with Black Elk Group and VelocityRED) and the Allen Morris Company. The project is located in the heart of Creative Village across from Central Park in Downtown Orlando.

Superior amenities include a rooftop pool, amenity deck and clubhouse, nearly 1,000 SF of collaboration space on each residential floor and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The Project is designed by Baker Barrios Architects and will be constructed by Brasfield & Gorrie.
